Ingredients & Directions:

1/3 cup of All Purpose Flour, 1/3 cup of Oats, One Banana, One Egg, Cinnamon, Nutmeg

In a medium bowl, first put the flour, oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, then a banana, & one egg. With a fork mash-up the banana while mixing with the other ingredients until a light brown gooey mixture appears. In a medium sauce pan, add butter & once heated add the mixture in small circles. Once small holes appear, flip & continue until batter is finished.
